Knocked Out Tooth

  • Pick up the tooth by the crown (top), avoid touching the root

  • Seek immediate dental care – time is critical!
2

Severe Toothache

  • Rinse mouth with warm salt water
  • Take pain relief (ibuprofen or paracetamol)
  • Apply a cold compress to the cheek
  • Avoid very hot, cold, or sugary foods

Broken or Chipped Tooth

  • Save any broken pieces if possible

  • Apply gauze if there's bleeding
  • Use dental cement (temporary) to cover sharp edges

Lost Filling or Crown

  • Save the crown/filling if you can
